I like London Zoo, Been to Whipsnade but although it's better for the animals it's not great for people cos half the animals are too far away to see. Howletts has a fab collection of Gorilla's or it did when we went. Too much walking at the other Aspinall zoo at port Lympne. My kids used to love Drusilla's. Gatwick zoo was quite good too although I think it's now a housing estate.
Malka was it Woburn Abbey the Rhinos frightened the life out of me when they surrounded the car. I had visions of the great horn piercing the vehicle. I did like it though.

I think it was Whipsnade as it was just up the M1, and knowing afterwards what I did not then know about Pi$$ing $id he would have taken us to the nearest watering hole.

I am off to Tropical Inc today, am bit worried because they have been prosecuted last year for leaving their animals in dirty living conditions.
Have me camera & will take lots of photos & hopefully have some decent ones amongst them to put up on here :D

Must admit I'd never heard of Tropical Inc so just did a quick google.

It seems a lot of animals were removed from his care due to living in squalid and cramped conditions. But if he's been allowed to continue, hopefully that means everything is OK now.

Hope you have a wonderful time and meet lots of happy and well cared for animals!
