My Bio Dad had a brain stem stroke when i was 3. He was having a trip planned for him by a charity. He was going across the andies (sp) mountains on horse back. It apparently takes about a week and they camp out there. He met my step mum before so it all got cancelled but its still on his wish list. He also hasnt let his stroke stop him or slow him down (they said he would die or live as a cabbage its been 26 years now and hes neither of those things and the most fiercely independent person i know). Hes been over to Thailand to feed the tigers there at that monestry
Tina we don't want any broken bones! I don’t really have a bucket list but there is a couple of things id love to do. Ive already walked with ‘Wolves’ but id love to see the ‘Snow Leopard’ in its natural habitat, and visit Graceland
Done Graceland it was wonderful, only one problem it was full of Japanese/Chinese all clicking away on their cameras when I went x
I do not have a bucket list as the things I would want on it are impossible - but I do like reading what other people would like to do and it makes me happy when they succeed!
well there was walking on fire (burning ambers) walking on glass walking with wolves being a elephant keeper sitting in helicopter (not flying just sitting in it) pole dancing sliding down fireman's pole feeding a shark did that at sea life holding a bear cub starting a banger race go skiing running or walking a marathon go roller skating ride a husky sled see Santa in Lap land see meatloaf visit every zoo & safari in England go wale watching that's just a few on me list
None today, none tomorrow, none ever please Tina! As for that [partial] list of yours - I am exhausted [and terrified] just at the thought of them!
Sounds like fun ahead for you tina. Ive been to safari park but ive never been to a zoo in uk. My mum took me to either chester or blackpool zoo when i was about 5 but an elephant snorted up a load of poop and peanuts and shot it all over everybody. As mum has ocd we had to go home. My hub has been promising to take me to chester zoo but so far hasnt. Ive been to a zoo in spain but thats about it. My ultimate bucket list is overlanding in africa. Ive found the trip its £4k for a full 36 days, one day i will do it
I vaguely remember being taken to the London Zoo as a child, but only very vaguely. However I took the children there when they were around 6 and 4 and I do not think they were very impressed. Probably far too young. A friend took us a few years later to a safari park - cannot remember where but north of London - and he quickly became a very ex-friend as he found the booze area and spent the whole time quaffing beer - so the children and I left him and had to get a very expensive taxi to take us home.
