    Too much dog food!

This is neither a for nor against any type of food. The fact that my dog is on raw is really not important. I mean it is my choice, not important for this chat.

OK, so I buy her food from my poulterers because I cannot get pet quality raw. No problem - whatever I buy she has raw and I cook for myself, and as the people who own the stall live on this Moshav I just telephone and they deliver on their way home.

Had a minor problem though on Wednesday - telephoned to order 5 kilos of chicken backs and they did not deliver them. Telephoned yesterday morning and it was OOOps, sorry, so one of the daughters brought round the chicken backs, ready for me to pack individually and freeze.

And while she was here I asked about turkey necks because sometimes then are huge fat things and sometimes they are not. And I was not sure how to ask for what I wanted because sometimes I just do not know the correct words.

And because either she misunderstood me or I made a right booboo, her father brought round 5 kilos of turkey necks yesterday evening!

Right. The backs were packed, frozen and somehow squeezed into Pereg's freezer [well, most were, the rest ended up in my big one]. And now there are 5 kilos of turkey necks individually packed and being frozen.

    Problem.

Where on earth am I going to put them as I need the freezing compartments for the vegetables I will be buying and freezing on Sunday...

    ..wotta mess.

If I lived closer you could borrow some space in my freezer Malka

So I guess your only other option is.... to have a party? :D

Look Mister Boss Man - I have stacks of freezer space. In ThreeBees [one day someone will ask me why he is called that...] - in my large fridge/freezer, and in de freezer wot I bought for de dawg.

I just did not anticipate 5 kilos of turkey necks as I already had loads.

See this is what happens when languages get mixxuddled off.

How about making some turkey and veggie soup with the necks and the veggies you're buying on Sunday.?

Erm, nope. Mind you I do have my neighbour's key and she is away for Shabbat so I could always go and see if she has any freezer space...

    ...better not though!

But I want the veggies to blanch and freeze which is why I need the special freezing sections in ThreeBees.

And then I would have nowhere to freeze the turkey and veggie soup, would I.:017:

Soup would keep for a few days in the fridge :)

I make lamb casserole once a week and it lasts a week in the fridge :D

But my fridge is already full - and it is a big fridge.

And I already have a stack of home made soups and stews packed in the freezer section of my f/f.

Oh woe is me. But somehow I will find enough space to shove everything.

Well it is either that or buy a new freezer and I do not have room for another one! :043:
