    Just to add again to this thread, having now had Zak for two years two months :) Both of the above quotes still ring true. I am over the moon with him in terms of his temperament and sociable nature. He has matured into a powerful and imposing looking dog and I love him to bits. He really is my dream GSD.

    Looks like he has come a long way :) and he certainly seems to be enjoying his 'job'.

    I am a working line fan too, and I can't find it now (but saw it when we were sorting through the GSD threads!) but you posted a photo of a WL GSD that is owned by some training company in Wales - another stunning GSD!

    Thanks Azz, he certainly does enjoy training - whether it is tracking, searching, sheep work and we are starting agility soon. He just likes to be doing something, and enjoys being with me whatever I am doing.

    I do remember the thread and the dog I think ... hang on.
