This little guy wandered into my house today reeking of cow poop. I guess it can happen when you leave the back door open to let some fresh air inside. After I gave him a bath I took a look at his collar and the only thing that it tells me is his name is Loki. I think he is part Akita. What do you guys think? He does have a curly tail but it is hard to get a picture of him with it curled.
He is a lovely chap! He looks like some sort of cattle dog, or general farmyard dog to me - maybe with a dash of spitz blood. Have you been able to contact his owners? You can get black and tan Shiba Inus, but his muzzle looks wrong to me (although I'm absolutely no expert on them!)
Nope I haven't the vet didn't find a micro chip and his dog tag only has his name on it. But I have put up flyers. If no one claims him in a minimum of two months then he can stay. If u need more pictures go to the general dog section and look for the Cute dog wandered into thread.
I would go Shiba Inu to, although he does look a little big so could be a cross breed. He really is a stunning dog though!! May be worth walking a couple of streets with a pic and asking if anyone knows him
I posted flyers but I walk the streets, or pet store with him. This dog pulls like a freight train when on a leash.
