hey guys, i was wondering if i could get for some feedback on this... we have a 6 month old pup living with us, and believe me, he's been a handful! but what could you expect from such a big pup full of energy, right? as a small puppy, he had been neglected of essential attention. i want to provide for him the right care based off his breed. the problem is, i'm not totally sure what he could be! our best guess has been Great Dane/Boxer mix, because of the shape of his head and his eyes. we expect him to get much bigger than he is now (compared to our other dog's paws, who is a Rhodesian Ridgeback/Pitbull mix, she is one year old and his paws are twice the size of her's). often he is very rowdy because of his endless supply of energy and tends to gallop through the house to let it out. he loves attention, but tends to get overly excited. what do you all think - am i close with my guess? the lad on the left is him (our rhodesian ridgeback to the right) he tends to eat quite a lot!
Def looks boxer cross how tall is he? maybe dane or perhaps lab? He is gorgeous x they both do x Iv always had boxers and the one I have at the mo def has ridgeback in her x
thank you for all the replies and compliments! these two pups get 'em anywhere they go, haha. the baby's name is Bobby. our first guess was a great dane/boxer mix mostly because of his size and the shape of his head, though this could be boxer qualities. i have also considered him to be a lab/boxer mix, which seems more likely pertaining to his size. however neither guess seem to fit just right. he definitely has some boxer in him, and what it may come down to is he could be a mix of two mixes! however i suppose if you can't find the breed of a dog, the best way to get to know them is to spend time with them!
