I've been helping my farrier train his weim and he has recently bought a part trained 7 month old cocker. I have wanted a cocker for ages so it's nice to actually help train one, at least. His name is Pip, he's black with a white blaze on his chest and is a really sweetheart. He is certainly a good starting dog for James and he will be able to at least do something this season. The bond they have, after 3 weeks, is incredible. And....tomorrow I am going with him to pick up a cocker puppy Get to help with her as well, without all the other work that goes into looking after a pup. Helen
yay! I argued with my OH for months and months over getting WCS (I didn't want one) - glad to say they have both changed my mind Oooh where is he getting the pup from? x
She's coming from the Lammermuirs, a keepers girlfriend but I know the lines from when I lived in Northumberland as her family come from there. Helen
Not sure of the actual names of them but seen the dogs when working in Northumberland. I'll let you have all the details when I know. Helen
Ooh did he go for one of the pups I told you about then? (ie Tara's). I managed to find a home for one of her Patterdales yesterday too. I am doing well :-D lol
