I've been looking to see if you had said anything, I've been dying to tell people your news, but had to restrain myself lol. Look forward to seeing lots of piccies of him xx
I have my dream breed, the English Setter, I have also owned Irish Setters and Pointers, both breeds that I hope to have again in the future, but regardless of what I have, I will always have an English Setter I've got my name down for a Gordon Setter pup, but the litter isn't planned until 2013 so plenty of time to move house and then let Clive know what we've done ;-)
We are collecting our new English Setter puppy on Saturday, it is my Deacon's nephew and Sheree's Henry's half brother, so a lovely connection. A gorgeous wee orange boy
Wow you kept the Gordon news quiet!! Poor Clive, that move to the country will see a houseful of setters and pointers.... brilliant!!
A Pyrenean sheepdog, love the look & their working ability, maybe I could train it to help round up my stupid ducks or soppy sheep? My wsd hasn't a clue! Good job I've trained the sheep to come for food or it'd take me hours to catch them for routine exams, shearing etc!
Mine is a BC and GSD... although, recently I really want a Briard! A woman I know had a bleu de gascogne but I can't remember if it was a griffon or grand... I am swaying towards grand though. It was actually her partners dog, and she couldn't stand him... she said he was a nightmare and was really destructive. I don't know much about them though, so no idea what the difference is between the griffon and grand, or even if her's was typical of the grand .
Am lucky enough to own both of mine already. Having decided to only have small breeds in the future though, it is Frenchies all the way for me If I had a large enough property (and cash) - I would love to add a Bulldog and Pug to our gang too.
Aww Murf, you've taken me back to childhood posting the two Dobies from Magnum, I LOVED those two. Am I right in saying it was Zeus and Apollo? Old brain cells may be wrong here like!
Probably a cross between Blue Lacy & Catahoula leopard. Two State dogs crossed together and great working breeds.
And the winner of the longest tongue contest is... hmm... number five I think, but I might need a tape measure.
