What gorgeous dogs! I'm so jealous! Look forward to when you get your wee puppa and start sharing piccies! Will have to visit my friends in Scotland and by pass yours and puppynap!
Not keen on the look of GSDs ... ... what's wrong with you woman?! ;-) ;-) ;-) Thanks Jeanette Do you know yet who your pup's parents could possibly be? All VERY exciting isn't it? We will have to compare notes. Thanks Sarah. You would be welcome to drop in anytime ... but, as for puppy-napping ... oh no no no no!
Aha!! Maybe I do after all Doing Schutzhund would be great, I love to see GSDs worked like that. I know what you mean about the pup not even been conceived yet, but sometimes, once you get something in your head that you are desperate to do, it's all you can think about! They are beautiful dogs Out of curiosity have you (or anyone else who may read this) ever come across a long-haired sable? xx
I think my Uncle owned a LH Sable - he was dark too - will have to try and dig some photos out and see.. Lucky you Kirsty!
Those longcoated gsds are gorgeous! As you know ;-) I am not overly keen on sables but I LOVE the longcoats! lol Helen
Would love to see the piccies please I love the longcoats too, and would be hard pushed to decide which pup to have if it were a choice of a dark sable long or standard coat ... but quite fancy the ease of a standard coat next time around (although think my next longcoat in the future could well be a sable too ... we will see ;-) )
I've tried - I can't find any, he was either a LH Sable or a LH Black or maybe... *rings mum to find out* This may take some time - and I may get an "I don't chuffin know" answer
im not keen on l/h GSD's but wow your 'twinkles' parents are my kinda GSD's...... just gorgeous!!! as u are choosing working lines...will u be working your dog?
Awww that's a shame. Not keen on LH shepherds?!!! Grrrr!! LOL! Just kidding - each to their own I will be training tracking, scent work and obedience (which I do with Yogi) and would also like to train for either working trials or schutzhund.
Aww what a nice looking boy. Hopefully you will have a dark sable workingline one day too What's stopping you? ;-)
