You just don't get it, do you? The truly honest & ethical breeders, who have invested years in their own breeds, spent years researching, tested their dogs, breed only every few years and then only to the best and healthiest, and have built up a reputation.... as well as honouring other peoples reputations....are never going to let their dogs be part of a cross-breeding enterprise. That leaves only the less than honest, and anyone who wants to make a fast buck. Or just likes the idea of their dog/s having sex.
What dogs do you suggest crossing them with, as all decent breeders wouldn't go near any of the N.I/Ute breeders, and quite rightly too. So let's experiment some more on these type of dogs, to try and make them healthier How about, no more breeding of them, as the only right and fair thing to do?
Another typically uninformed statement. What do you expect would happen to the dogs that don't make the grade? How many reputable breeders do you think would allow their dogs to be used in a crossbreeding programme? How many would be prime specimens of their breed - healthy, health tested, hip scored, etc.? And what would happen to the pups/dogs that don't make the grade en route to the 'perfect' NI?
I would expect it, to be honest - it is what Adam does and promotes - have a look under Training and Behaviour.:-(
I guess any dog is easy to train if you shock them enough, to hell with patience, time, trust and respect. I think I have seen the videos of the most unlike terrier JRT I have seen, so shut down, and TBH it looks terrified, and anticipating be zapped That is not dog training.
Just a quick bit to add lol I never had a problem with Shila and cats but she was brought up with them, she didn't like dave much but he was a tiny tiny kitten, she did get over it though, Isis took a while to get used to the cats but from what i can gather she'd never lived with them before me but again when i got dave she wanted to eat him I think its how they are brought up r.e cats n small furries x
