Leave her alone Dawn---you are making yourself look a worse bully than you usually do.

Thats my last I think. You obviously think your behaviour is OK. I think it is disgusting.

Well arent some of his problems caused by you? Is that the same dog you encouraged to chase things, the one thats manic in the car because of it? Or is that one of the others?

They train her in the house. The felt that interatction with my two dogs would be enough dog interaction for a young pup. I totally disagree. I think pups should be exposed to as many eventualities in life as possible. They dont enjoy training classes because of bad experiences at previous training classes. I enjoy obedience classes. Therefore I take her to training classes and group walks. Is that ok with you, or is this another thing to go against my claims lol. Cant say I have ever discussed how amber is trained previously lol.

LOL---Health problems?---and once again you have it wrong. He was not encouraged to chase things.

Having said that and realised you can't tell a health problem from any other one I rest my case.

Mental problems in a dog are often far worse and life long, of course they can affect the dogs health too. Shame, poor Celt.:-( :-( Ill rest my case too now. :001:

So, if a pup was to be produced, say, a 'cockerpoo' (1st Gen, say Dam Cocker/Sire is Min Poodle) and the Dam and Sire have been each tested on say, the health issues of their particular breed and the breed they are to be mated with. How has this translated into the pups being healthier in previous situations like that? How do we know that these two dogs together, lines looked at etc will benefit each other when its very unlikley anyone would know how they would 'combine' (if you know what I mean) since those lines, being of different breeds, would probably never have 'been near' each other before? (regardless of health testing) And why do we need to achieve this?

Surley there are enough people who's (rightly or wrongly) dogs have been 'caught out' and now have 'cute' and 'unique' pups for sale and who will admit a mistake happened and that the pup price will cover a spay - that we just do not need to create so many 'mixes' on purpose?

What does a 'cocker poo' or a 'puggle' EXACTLY have that another breed does not? (as far as pet homes go..)

I was wondering what the relevance to the thread was, plus others on here really don't have a clue what you two are on about, and what if anything it has to do with peoples imaginary dogs lol.

The dogs are not imaginary, I think what I said here will explain my questions for Laura-Ann:

All I wanted was the names of the parents of the dog, as Laura was the one shouting about the ethically and responsibly bred litter it was from. I wasnt trying to catch her out.

    I know.

I was actually refering to your's and rune's debating, but its not important.

Could the parents and the pup be registered with the dlr? does it even still exist?

Its the only other registry I can think of, but I'm going to google to see if there's anything else. If she says she can't access the paperwork then maybe the name might ring a bell.

You know that section of the forum entitled "Spread the Dogsey Love....? It always makes me crease because i've been on here a while now and see very little love, just bitching and tit for tat.

45 pages and most of it is just personal twaddle.

Nope, there is much mutual respect, (on my part anyway) its just the hypocrisy I have a problem with. Still, no more on this thread.

Thought I would try and get thread back on track by going back to one of your initial posts. This lady you feel is going to be doing everything "correctly" in your eyes so is not wrong.
What I would possibly be asking her is
    1. why she is considering breeding when she bought it as a Pet only and in your post stated she did not get it for breeding from.
    2. Why considering breeding when she has only had it a matter of months.

My last thought when I have a new pup is not "Oh I will breed from it" Says it all to me, especially if this is her first Puggle.

IMO Most ethical breeders have owned certain breed types for years, they do not just jump right in and breed because they can

I agree. Yet another interesting thread has degenerated into a poisonous and vitriolic slanging match. :015: :015: :015:
