i must admit,i cant believe how clumsy he is,,all arms and legs,,propper puppy,,just bigger lol..
i need to change his food though,,they put him on dry puppy food,but his pooh is really runny,and his weight isnt that great,,any suggestions please,x

What is he on? what do you want to feed him?

I feed CSJ, They do a few Puppy foods. CP27 is 27%, they also do Little champ. But i think the kibbles on those will be too smal for him.

Id maybe put him on a good quality Adult food around 24% protein for the rest of his growth?

Unless you want to go RAW, ? Lots of info on here about RAW/BARF feeding

Fish4dogs, Arden Grange, James Welbeloved are all a good food. But there are a lot of these type of dogs who do better on a raw diet. Some of them do have a dodgy tum

ive introduced him to pedigree dry food,,gently,,so there now eating the same,
his pooh looks better to,,firmer and not runny ( sorry to be so graphic lol)
also,,there both flat out after a hard mornings playing,,in the living room together lol,,,yeahhhhhh,,xx

If yours are like mine they will get very close and you wont be able to take only one out the both all the time even a trip to the vets,and play all the time also sleep together P.S they are both so handsome

I personally don't see any Saarloos in him. People who breed this type of dog lie about what is in them!

What you have is a common or garden crossbreed so why do you claim to have a Saarloos? Do you like the sound of the name? Is Mikey just a status symbol?

In my status i wrote SARLOOS WOLFDOG as that it what i believed at the time,,,and was told,,,thats why i joined this site for more info on his breed,,,but clearly i seem to have been slated everytime i say anything!!!
which is sad really,because i dont pretend or Care what he is,,He is NOT a STATUS SYMBOL,,,
he is MY pet and so is my Staffie,,,
so please dont slate me for trying to find out what he is or what he is crossed with,,,
i thought this was a freindly site,,

i think the the main problem(if thats the word) is that if you knew anything about swh,you would know that there is no way he could be the colour he was ;-)
silly thing to get upset about tho
please stick around.. i for one would like to see him grow up,and get to know you more too

ps... i think there are only 2 pure saarloos owners on here,and they dont pop on that often
