Well I hate to have to say it but here goes. I was warned on a different forum for saying that just because a person chooses to buy this 'type' of dog from a non NIS breeder, it does not mean that that person has been mislead (though I may have used the term blind or stupid....). There is ample info on the net for people to make an informed decison. And comfort with a breeder, liking their dogs, seeing health certificates were all more important things, than club registry, ref these dogs. I was warned, my posts removed but the original post which has been titled 'Warning' ref buying such dogs as they may be of dubious temprement etc was left on there. Double standards and pro NIS censorship, IMO. It should be about the dogs welfare, not about who they are or are not registered with or the £750 plus that goes with certain 'breed club' pedigree.
I was banned from said forum for saying the the only registration we had that was important was the IKC registration meaning we can compete in obedience and agility. I totally agree. Registrations mean nothing. They are mixed breeds in my opiion. Price has gone up though they are up to £1250 now
Abbie, like me you would've deleted your account given a chance, but it is a shame that the forum, which was thought to be non biased has proven to be the opposite.
