Forget that, I see you have from your list. There are various markings but I guess it depends how much depth you want to go into.

I think most NIDs have more than two colours on them. Back to the website, it is interesting to see how different the dogs look to each other regardless of colour. Though I do believe this can be the case with other breeds too.

Well there's just a tiny space to put photo details but i might be able to sqeeze in a breeders name, doubt i can link it to a website, never really crossed my mind hun but i'll have a look in the settings for you.

Of course but breeders should be aiming for a similar goal, sadly, as will all breeds not all care about what they are producing and not all potential owners know what a NID is supposed to be like 'ideal' and what they are not.

I have no idea what the ideal NI is supposed to look like, i suppose you'd have to look at whatever dog wins the awards at shows and base it on that, i just don't get involved in the politics anymore WW, just gives you a headache, i just want to give anybody looking at the site a broad spectrum of what is available so they can make up their own minds on what they like the look of.

Anyway back to the thread, can you think of anybody with a mostly black dog? :001:

Ref mostly black, the only kennel I know of who has a pure black NID is Olderhill. All the others I have seen are black with the typical white/cinnamon marks.

You wouldn't need a link liz, just a name that way people would be able to follow a certain lineage which could also help with the ultimate choice of type to go for...just an idea x
